On my initial download of MEP there was a file error. However the website thinks it was downloaded so I can't figure out how to reinstall the software as it appears you only get one chance. The site is telling me that I just need to activate the software. Doesn't it have to be downloaded first to activate.
If there is a phone number to call for tech support? That would be helpful. Your website is no help at all.
