Fatal Error when trying to install AutoCAD 2013 on Widows 7 Home Premium?

Hey people , anyone got any clues about this?

 

Trying to install AutoCAD 2013 from the Infrastructure Design Suite, x64 folder ( also tryed x86 folder ).

I have installed .NET 4.0 also turned off anti-virus, computer is up to date and always try installing after first powering it up.But nothing seems to work.

 

First screen comes up with the Run Setup.exe to install AutoCAD 2013 - English

 

Then next screen says : Fatal Error Installation ended prematuraley beacasue of an error.

 

That's it ?

 

Operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium, I am the administartor

Install it by running the first setup.exe in the root.  Do not traverse the folders for the installation files.
