FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434f4dh exception at 77D4DD50h

My computer crashed last week and i had to reinstall Windows XP Professional x64...and re-install every program i use.

I have now tried installing/reinstalling AutoCAD Inventor Suite 2009 3 Times.  I keep getting this error and cannot get AutoCAD Mechanical 2009 too fully open without closing.

Some forums have said its a .NET Framwork error...but im still not having any luck.

I get the following errors as well:

Exception in gensvc ARX command (Access Violation Reading 0x0178 at address 4195F455h

Exception in genunc ARX command (Access Violation Reading 0x0178 at address 4195F455h

Your help is greatly appreciated, i've been at this ALL day now...

If it doesn't work, uninstall all .net framework and install it again form the lowest version to the highest.
