fatal error unhandled access violation writing 0x0000 exception at 0h

please i need help in this issue 
when i opne any version of autocad after installing sned me a box contain 
fatal error unhandled access violation writing 0x0000 exception at 0h

thats the first time installing Autocad on my new laptop ..

This could either be a faulty RAM issue in your computer, or a problem with your .NET Framework. 

 

.NET Framework issues can be resolved using the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool. More information about this tool can be found at my discussion thread here:

Is the error happening on first launch of AutoCAD 2014? or older version of AutoCAD?
