Failure installing Autodesk Design Review 2011

Trying to install Autodesk Design Review 2011.  The installation keeps failing and the setup log shows: Failed Failure is ignored, Result=1603

Installation log in %temp% folder could give you more info.

do you have older version of Design review installed ?

1603 is usually permisssion issue which could be isolated by running install in Diagnostics mode

Thank you.  I am trying to install this software on a Windows XP machine with IE 7.  The %temp%\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2011 Setup.log shows:   Install Autodesk Design Review 2011 Failed Failure is ignored, Result=1603.   And from the %temp%\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2011 Install.log -- there is nothing shown for today.  I have tried to install Autodesk Design Review 2011 three times today.   One other thing... This machine did have Autodesk Design Review 2010 on it, however I uninstalled it before trying to install this 2011 version.

Did you try diagnostics mode ?
