Failed to instal autodesk robot structural 2014 Student version

Hello guys,

I`m having a problem instaling autodesk robot structural analysis on my windows 8.1 laptop.

When download is complete, I run the instal enter keys and instal starts.

After some time instal window freezes (see attached pic) and I get error.

Firewall is off, antivirus is off. Internet connection is active. Nothing helped.

Hi,

The install is failing on Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. .NET 3.5 is not enabled by default on Windows 8 and 8.1 systems and needs to be enabled manually. You can find instructions in this Microsoft article:
