Failed to aquire a license from Server

Installation of workstation was as expected - Serial Number, Product key and Server name all accepted during installation

 

When the workstation requests a key for Autodesk Inventor LT Suite, the request arrives on Port 27000 but immediately after that the workstation sends a disconnect on the same port.

 

Unlike other workstations making the same request, there is no scan requests of ports 27001 through 27009.

 

There is not set up of communications on port 2080.

 

We have confirmed there are no firewalls in the way from the workstation to the server and the network routes are working fine.

 

Any ideas on what may be causing this issue would be appreciated

what error message are you getting when you launch the autodesk product?

Darren is right.  Give us some debug logs and server status enquiries.  And also any error that pops at the client. 

 

Also, have you PINGed the server and verified IPv4?
