failed installation of 3Ds Max 2013

I have windows 8.1 and I couldn't install 3Ds Max 2013. I tried 2014 and 2015 version but still failed to install.

It's the educational version.

Please note that 3ds Max 2013 is not officially supported by Windows 8.1 which is why you couldn't install it.

For 2014 and 2015 version, please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, and re-download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version).
