Failed installation 3DS MAX DESIGN 2014

Hello,

 

I'm trying to download and install 3DS MAX DESIGN 2014 from the student downloads on Autodesk.com, but it fails everytime! I already tried it 15 times or so. Always getting the same error. "FailedFailure is ignored, Result=1619".

 

I looked for a solution and tried a few things but had no success so far. In the attachment you'll find the log file about the error.


Can you please help me out with this?!

Hi Jeffrey and welcome to the community!

 

What download method are you using? Having you considered using an alternate?

 

Would you also mind sharing what troubleshooting steps you've taken for the 1619 error?
