fail to installation

hi

I have downloaded the software 'revit' on another laptop and am trying to download it on my new laptop when i have downloaded it and ran the installation it says some products have failed to install.

 

Do I need another serial number and product key???

 

What can I do

Include your installation log.  It will show the failure.
