When I try to export the AutoCAD Revit Architectire 2012 license from an old computer, an error "Export Request Failed. The serial number you enter is not vaild. Error Reference 1." What can I do? Can anyone help on this? Thank you.

I wouldn't bother with the license transfer utility. It never works anyway. You might just try to reactivate once you get the serial number issue resolved. Probably Subcription lapse, or something easy.
