Export Request Failed - Inventor 2010

Hi,

I was trying to export my license from my Inventor 2010 and import it to Inventor 2012 however I was unable to do it because of message at start (below). What should I do?

You cannot export a license from one release into a newer release.  You simply need to activate your 2012 seat.  If you are under Subscription, this shouldn't be a problem.

You will need your valid 2012 serial number.
