now I get an error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click ok to close the application". I also installed 'logmein' and an upgrade to pdf creator via sourceforge. Autodesk said this:
A different program may incorrectly be switching a registry key from a 0 to a 1. Changing the value to 0 may help.

I followed the directions as best I can but I don't really understand about this stuff and cannot figure out how to change the registry thingie and am afraid to do it --- can anyone help?
