every drawing Please wait while your license is being verified

autocad map 3d 2009 version 3.

After it verifies the dwg opens but it's annoying. We have (3) licenses and I am the only one with the problem

Network licensed version or standalone?

I've never seen any kind of "verifying license" dialog on a network
version, only the MSSA version.

So this dialog appears, waits a while, then goes away on it's own?

Yes it appears then goes away but every time I open a drawing I guess I just have to deal with it.,,,

I was having this problem on the 2008 version. I did a search and found this hoping someone had an answer.

Since I did not find the answer I started out first trying deleting acad.mnr in my support directory. I made a copy of this file first and put it on my desktop just in case this did not work.

I restarted Autocad and it worked.
