Error code 1625 usually means your Windows log-in does not have sufficient rights for the install.
Error code 1619 is more generic but system related as well.
Did you remember to turn off UAC and your anti-virus software?
You can also search the installation forum for more tips: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Installation-Licensing/bd-p/24

Dean is right.  1625 is a failure due to system policy restrictions.  Either you don't have sufficient privileges, or your domain rights are restricted by your Administrator.

If your IT allows, make sure you are installing with local admin rights, UAC off, and anti-virus disabled.
