I am trying to download the Alias Design 2013 30 day trial. I was able to install it once and see the desktop icons, but Alias failed to work after I tried to use it. So, I uninstalled Alias Design 2013 and tried to redownload and install it. Now, when I try to install it I see an error window pop up saying "Error 1311 Source file not found:C:\Autodesk\AliasDesign2013_64-bit\x64\Alias
Hello. Are you running the install from the internet? If you are I would run an actual download of the installer and then run the install from there. The error you are receiving is a Windows message that tells us the data is not there or there is something wrong with it. I would first download the whole installer, then install, instead of running the direct install function.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question. I went to redownload Alias Design 2013 hoping to find a link to the installer download. I found a link that asked me, "Did you forget to download the installer?" I was happy to see this in hopes to download the actual installer, but nothing happened after clicking it. Is there a different direct link to the installer download? Where could I directly find the installer download? Thank you so much for your time and help.
I did see a window, after clicking the Alias Design 2013 download link, that said it was installing Alias before I could see the large Autodesk window that gives me the Install Function. I thought maybe that first window, that said it was installing, might of been the actual installer? The first window had a skinny box with maroon, blue and green panels. The window has a blue graphic on the left and a box with text and below that it asks for a destination for the file. The loading progress bar is below the location option. Later, I clicked on the 'Install Tools & Utilities', on the other window, which gave me the LMTools Utility icon on my desktop which I'm not sure if that would help me at all. Thank you so much! I look forward to using Alias Design!!
