error when install autocad 2014_64bit_windows (student version)

Good evening,

Please help

I was using 2013 on my old laptop for an year and it works fine. But i got a new laptop and trying install 2014 version, i keep having trouble.

I had tried a couple times, re-downloading and re-installing on my laptop, but it always shows "Installation complete, some poducts failed to install", and tose products failed to install are everything i want to install.

I have attached a screenshoot.

To eliminate issue caused by incomplete download and if you are on Subscription, please request for installer media from the Subscription Centre. Else, please submit a Customer Servce Assistance Form.

Alternatively, you can opt to download the product via our Virtual Agent in the Autodesk Support Page.

*Select [Downloading and Installation] --> [Software Download Links] --> [I need to redownload my product] --> Then select the product you wish to download.
