Error When Activating Student Trial

I am a student who recently tried to download a free three year trial of Autocad 2013. Unfortunately upon downloading the software I was told that my serial number was invalid when I tried to activate the student trial (Error code: 2). My serial number is XXX-XXXXXXXX and my product key is 001E1. Could someone please help me out or point me in the right direction on this?
