I'm having a hell of a time trying to get the software I paid for up and running. Couldn't download the software from within the subscription page location. Kept getting directed to an error page instead. After talking to AutodeskHelp on twitter I was able to get the software downloaded via the virtual agent page. Now when trying to get my serieal and product key to activate the software I am still getting redirected to the error page. When i go to check on my support case that i opened it to sends me to the error page. Tried clicking on the contact us link and sure enough that same **** error page instead. Frustrating beyond belief.
*note. I have already disabled firewall and antivirus. Also tried on another machine at a different location and still the same issue.
