Error on my Serial Number

Good day Sir/Maam,

need help!!

I am using Autocad Design Suite Premium 2013 about a year now and since I uninstall the software from my old PC and install it to my PC

and now I have a problem with the licensing its seem to be rejecting my exisiting serial number and also the request code had been change from the previous one.

for a moment I am using the trial version while I'll wait for your response.
