Error Messages

Just downloaded Autodesk Inventor 2014 yesterday. 

When I opened the program for the first time today I got the following:

"VBA failed to initialize properly. Please restart Inventor."

I clicked the 'OK' button and the program opened.

When I tried to use the 'Video and Tutorials' button I got:

"VBA failed to initialize properly while opening file

C:\Users\Public\Document\Autodesk\Inventor

2014\Templates\English\Standard (in).ipt. File open will fail."

There is no error number listed in the message window.  What's wrong?  Do I need to reinstall again?  Any help or sugestions will be greatly appreciated.
