Error installing Sketchbook pro 6 and 7 and updates on windows 8

Dear All,

Ive posted before but have not heard back and this is definitly the channel I should have posted in. no matter what I do, I cannot get sketbook pro 7 to install (or 6 or updates to 6 like the subject says).

The errors I get in the event manager are related to Idriver, but I cannot make out what exactly it is talking about.

I will attach two log files about it.

Can someone please help me! Please ket me know if you need additional details as well and ill be happy to post or answer anything you need.

Just to clearify, this is the error that I get (each time for each program or update) [see below screenshot jpg]. Also I have already tried uninstalling the c 2012 library from my programs and features screen before installing the application so that is not the issue.

Im really getting frustrated with this, its been like over a week and a half and still I cant get it to install. Ive tried other forums but no one knows what to do.

If anyone has an idea im all ears, thank you
