Hi, I (re)installed Autodesk simulation multiphysics 2013 on my laptop. On the next morning, without changing any (laptop is in stand alone mode) after starting autodesk simulation 2013 multiphysics the following messages appears:

1. WARNING
You are attempting to run a version of autodesk simulation other than the one last registered on this system. Would you like to register this version now? (yes/no)

2. REGISTERING AUTODESK SIMULATION
registering this version of autodesk simulation ...

3. unexpected error; quitting (4 times)

4. SIDE-by-SIDE ERROR
Autodesk Simulation is not registerd correctly.
Please use  the Add/Remove Programs option in the control Panel  to repair  the installation.

I did these precedere severel times in the past days, but it is not repairing the issue.

What ist going wrong? How am I able to correct this issue?

Licensing issues are often tied to hardware.  So if you installed on a docking station or you have enabled/disabled some network cards like WiFi or BlueTooth, it could invalidate your license when that changes.

k****iz.agrawal,

Hello. Not completely sure what is going on, but do you have multiple years of this product installed or just 2013?
