Hola need urgent help!!

I have system Windows 7, on having installed Revit 2014 and open it gives me the message: SYSTEM MISTAKE OF LICENSE 30: FAILED TO START ADLM there is no way, always me this mistake appears!!! Thank you very much

Perhaps your flexnet licensing service has become disabled? Can you go to your windows search and search for and open "Services.msc" and check and make sure flexnet licensing service and/or flexnet licensing service 64 are both set to manual startup and are not disabled. If you check that and everything looks fine I would next try a repair of the program from the programs and features control panel.
