Error installing FLEXlm license

I received my license file from AutoDesk today and when I add it to my FlexLM server, I get an error of status 27 (No features to serve) in the FlexLM log file.  My MAC address and license serial number are correct.  Can someone point me in the right direction?  Thank you.

Did you do anything to modify your license file once you got it from Autodesk?

 

Make sure that your LMTOOLS is configured to run as a service and that both boxes are checked on the Config Services tab.  Save the service and start it from the Stop/Start/Reread. 

 

Post any errors that you get from the debug.log file.
