Error installing ECSU 2014

Hello:

I hope I am in the right place. I tried all posible solutions to install my software with the same error:

Made a new user full access etc etc.
I am runing an ASUS I7 8 core Windwos 7 PRO 16Gb memory with enough space in HD.

Any help will be really greatfull!!!

Hello Emily:

Thanks for your answer. Yes! I did follow the solutions from the web. I was hoping more see if you guys can spot something in the log to give me a clue what is going on. REverything goes good Visio C++ .Net etc but whne if shows installing 3DS.Max is when everything rolls back.

I created a new user, I have change the HKeys permissions etc, has been two weeks :).
