Error Installing Autocad 2015

This error Pop'ups when i install Autocad 2015 when i'm connected to the internet

I follow some instruction over the Autodesk,

from Regedit, Common's

 

this error appears when installing Language Pack.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

Could you please try downloading again using the following precautions:

 

  • In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, remove pop-up blockers and allow access to all *autodesk.com sites.
  • In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
  • Turn off your personal firewall or VPN, if you use one.
  • Disable UAC
  • Close and reopen your preferred browser.
  • Re-download from the Virtual Agent

i download the newer version, from autodesk, i download 3x now, i turn off my UAC,

 

i already install autocad 2015, one of my cousin uninstall it, so i install it again, but this error appears when it install language pack.

 

why this error occur?

I use diagnostic to uninstall the older installation of my language pack,

 

site link > http://diagnostics.support.microsoft.com/diagprov/provision/MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall.R... < its from support.microsoft.com

I have 2 win8.1 system also failed.  May need more QA for the installer.
