error installing AutoCAD 2014

I'm trying to install AutoDesk AutoCad 2014, bought student version from e-Bay, and am also getting a communications failure. I disabled firewall security, Internet security, UAC, AV and the "temp file" is empty. It's not listed in "programs & features", but it does show on my "C" drive. I don't use social media and can be contacted via e-mail at: jim58funai@gmail.com or call at 607-621-8338. I've re-enabled security until I can get help with the installation.

 

I didn't realize this was free to students, but I have this now and just want to get it installed.  HELP.   Thanks

Friend, if you are a legitimate sutdent at a legitemate EDU establishment, Autodesk offers all it's software for free.
FREE = NO MONEY NEEDED.

You otherwise got robbed if the eBay source cannot provide you with proper download links and support. Get a refund.
