error installing AutoCAD 2014 "Error: 6" & "Error 1060"

I have been trying to install AutoCAD 2014. i keep getting these errors in this attachment. After having read a few others issues with install, I expect the support email I sent to be ignored as well. Can anyone here help?

CORRECTION: the title should have read "Install .NET Framework Runtime 4.0 Failed Installation aborted, Result=1603"

Uninstall .NET Framework 4.0 Extended and Client Profile, then run the installation again. The installer will install the preferred version .NET Framework 4.0.
