Error in installing acadlt 2014 - System Cannot Open the device or file (temp)

I am the administrator to my laptop and when i initiate the install process  on Autcat Lt 14, I get the following error message:

"The system cannot open the device or file specified.  C:\users\arosales\AppData\Local\Temp\_AICS558.tmp\x64\acadlt\acadlt.msi"

When i click 'Close', the install stops and closes itself.

I can open the temp file listed above, I also checked to make sure I have rull rights to that folder.

I just downloaded this software and need to use it ASAP...please help!!!!

 MSI failure issues are generally caused by your anti-virus running.

When installing, you should always ensure that you have local admin rights, UAC is off, and anti-virus is disabled.  Do that and try again.
