Error code 10, need help with re-activitation

Recently my computer crashed and had to be rebuilt, upon re-installing AutoCAD 2014, we were fronted with error 10, too many seats, i then proceeded to try the licence transfer utility with no luck, any way we can get it re-activitated?

Also lately we have had major loading problems when opening AutoCAD, any suggestions?

I can definitely understand your frustration.  You will probably have to get an activation code manually if it will not activate my automatic means. 

 

You can try to use the online method to activate your license here:

Or, more likely, you can can call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization:
