Error 7 Cant Activate MAya in my country (Germany)

I'm a student at  AnimationMentor - The animation online school

When I try to activate Maya I get the error 7 that I can't activate the software out of my country. I tryed to activat the software over e-mail but I get the same answer, that I can't activate Maya out of Germany.

Does anyone has an idea what to do?

Students with this circumstance can contact Autodesk through the Student Community to resolve this by sending a message to studentcommunity@autodesk.com. I have however already notified this team for akuja.
