Error 29001 when installing the 2011 Vault Server

Configuration is as follows:

Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64 bit

Microsoft 2008 SQL Server 64 bit (with an instance AUTODESKVAULT)

Microsoft Exchange 2007

On the IIS I created a 'DefaultAppPool 64' and moved all applications to that pool, to avoid interferrence with 32 bit Autodesk software.

When installing the 2011 Vault Server the install runs until the languagepack is installed then it ends with following error and roll's back.

"29001 Vault management error: Could not load file or assembly 'Connectivity.Content' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied."
