Error 28004

I have downloaded AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011 and when I try to install it I get this error message "Error 28004, Install cannot proceed because no qualifying CAD applications were found.  Please insure that one or more Qualifying applications are installed."

The computer then removes all of the downloaded files and I have to re-download everything.  How can I download and install this product?

error 28004 means that the AutoCad Police will be coming to see you soon

From where, the Autodesk subscription site?

Where did you download the Civil 3D?  The way this error behaves, it seems as if it is either not the full program or it has a problem with an update. 

My recommendation would be to redownload the full package from Matt, the virtual assistant and then during installation, choose NOT to install any updates or service packs.
