Error 1937 - Product Design Suite Premium 2012 installation

Can anyone advise on the following Autodesk Product Design Suite Premium 2012 installation error message? We are trying to install this on a Windows xp SP3 32 bit machine. The error reads, "Error 1937. An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'DevExpress.XtraPrinting.v10.1.resources,version="10.1.0.0",culture="it",publicKeyToken="B88D1754D700E49A",processorArchitecture="MSIL'". the signature or catalogue could not be verified or is not valid."

We have tried uninstalling the NET frameworks then rebooting before install and turning AV off but we always end up with this same error message.

The machine spec is Pentium 4 3.20GHz, 3 GB RAM (switch) with ATI FireGL V3100 graphics card.

Make sure you meet minimum system requirements.  Autodesk Inventor 2012 has been optimized to take advantage of the SSE2 extended instruction sets supported on Pentium 4, AMD Athlon 64, and AMD Opteron processors. Inventor 2012 will not install on computers that do not support SSE2. Several utilities are available on the Internet that report CPUID, including supported instructions sets.

Also, you will want to make sure that you install as Administrator with antivirus turned off.  You should also delete the contects of your %TEMP% folder. 

The most common fix for this, especially if you're installing from physical media, is to copy the contects to your hard drive and install from there.  If you downloaded the product, consider downloading it again.
