The problem is with Microsoft C++ 2008 Redistributable.  You may be able to fix this per the Microsoft KB article here:

So irritated! Tried all the options and I'm still getting the same error 1935. Have tried the automatic fix, after talking with customer support, and it still wont download...Help!!!
