Error 19 Mac OS Maya 2012

Mac OS.

Just dowloaded another Educator version of Maya 2012 since my previous license expired. Autodesk sent me a new serial number but when I try to launch the software I get an error message that the serial number entered is not valid. Then the following:

Tried Maya 2012 ( **** 2012.0.0.F) error 19

License method:

environment variable

MAYA_LICENSE_METHOD='standalone'

Product choice:

environment variable

MAYA_LICENSE='unlimited'

License file override:

environment variable MAYA_ALT_EN is not set

I've entered this as an issue and there's a case number but now it's the weekend. So it's highly unlikely that I'm going to hear anything before Monday but obviously I have work to do.  Any suggestions?

Hello. If this is still a problem, I would log into your education account and verify the serial. IF there is an activation problem, you can also try this post:
