reassetting our PC the following error message starting ADT3 : Architectural
Desktop 3 Alert A licence error has occurred. Please restart your system to
initialize the license management system. If this problem continues, contact
your system administrator or authorized dealer. Error (19.1.93) Cause = ?

These so-called "cleaning" programs tend to break Autodesk products. You shouldn't use programs such as Systemworks or registry cleaners with Autodesk products installed. Also, you cannot use disk imaging software for stand-alone activated products either, if this is the case.

Franck, thanks for your reply. Yes, i think they did a kind of "formatting" of
the pc by running a "cleaning" program. Looking for similar threads in the
discussion group i read also about "C-Dillasrv" which seems to be neccessary
for licence management. I found out that "C-Dillasrv" is not running on my pc
and it is not present in my service list. Is it possible to install later to
risolve? What can i do? Thanks Tilman
