Error 1619 during installation

Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86)FailedFailure is ignored, Result=1619

 

errors like this is what's giving me trouble. 

I keep getting errors 1619 im not sure how to fix it.

Here is the real failure:

 

Install	Autodesk® Material Library 2015 - Medium Resolution Library	Failed	Download Failed, Installation aborted, Result=1603

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-...

For 3D MAX I got

HTTP Status 404 - /autodesk/SWDLDNET4/2015/3DSMAX/DLM/Autodesk_3ds_Max_2015_EFGJKS_Win_64bit_R1_dlm.sfx.exe

 

when i clicked on the 64 bit version.

I tried downloading the trial version of 3d max and ran into the same problem twice, error 1619
