Trying to install 3ds max 2014 and it keeps coming up with the error attached in the image, I have tried looking for ways to fix it on the forum but so far nothing has worked.

Looks like a problem with the data.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
