Error: 10 When activating

Can somebody from Autdodesk please help me!!  I need to deactivate autocad 2013 on an old computer that has been formatted so I can isntall it on my new computer.  Is it possible to manually do it from your end?

You can can call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization to get a manual activation:
