Error : 10 cant activate Maya on my Laptop

Hello,

i want to activate my Maya, which runs completely fine on my PC, on my laptop. I do have a stand-alone version, so it shoulkd be possible to have maya activated on both of them, if i want to activate it on my laptop though, it says the activation limit is reached.

It is completely confusing to find a proper way to just contact a guy from Autodesk, so he can send me a valid activation code so i try my luck here.
