Error: 0x250000ff

Hi, I´ve tried several times to download Civil 3D 2015 using Autodesk Download Manager and browser download, but it always appears an Error: 0x250000ff. I really need help. Any idea to solve this issue?

Often times changing your download method fixes this type of error, but if you try that and it doesn't work you can take a further step and follow the precautions below:

• In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, remove pop-up blockers and allow access to all *autodesk.com sites.
• In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
• Turn off your personal firewall or VPN, if you use one.
• Disable UAC
• Close and reopen your preferred browser.
• Re-download from the Virtual Agent

Thanks Jessica for your advices. I did everything you recommended me and by this time I've download the Civil 3D 2015.

I am still having this problem, in fact I have tryed 3 different download types and all have failed. 

I am trying to download Maya 2015

the "install now" option fails shortly after the maya downloader starts. It simply says download failed

the "download now" option fails in the downloader with the Error: 0x250000ff statement

and last the "Browser download" fails to install, saying: "not all required files were downloaded" 

What do I do how do I get Maya? I turned off everything jessica.t said to, but still no luck.

Make sure you disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, and download the software again from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Hope this helps!

I had this same problem and the first thing I tried was whitelisting the autodesk.com domain in AdBlock and it worked right away.  Just a heads up to  other users out there.
