The problem is that I am installing the student package through the website and not by CD-ROM or USB media, how can I move forward in the installation since it does not exceed the point?

Perform a complete download first instead of "installing from the website".

Jumping in here, I have been having the same problem.  By 'complete install', do you mean the 'download now' option instead of the 'install now' option?  If so, that didn't work for me either...
