(EDUCATIONAL) Can i know when i can get the activation code ?

So, i recently downloaded 3dsmax educational version.

there is an email that only write

Darwin, Activate your 3-year student version license for Autodesk 3ds Max 2014. Serial number: xxx-xxxxxxxx Product key: 128F1

how do i activate ? no activation key is provided plus the trial menu keep popping up.Please reply this asap

I don't think I would post my personal serial number on a public website.

You activate a product by clicking on

Activate (when the trial screen comes up)

and following the on-screen instructions.

the on screen instruction end up asking me to enter the activation code

and there is one more method with is to have the "connect onw and activate" ,and the error message pops up

"Your online activation request has returned an error (800c0005) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems."

Sorry i forgot to mention that this was the educational version and i want to activate my 3 years student version lisence

Using the Email Address onfile I was able to pull up your EDU account. Indeed you have downloaded Autodesk 3ds Max 2014 and Autodesk 3ds Max 2013 which has not been activated yet. 

To activate online, you can follow the steps here. If you still encounter an error and need further assistance, please contact the Activation and Registration team directly:

1.            Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus

2.            Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”

3.            Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus

4.            Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance

Altermatively, you can send me a Private Message (click on my joane.bonghanoy profile name and then “Send this user a private message”) with the Request Code so I can manually generate the Activation Code for you.
