Education version of Auto Cad Architecture not installing

I am a student trying to install/download autocad architecture 2014.  I have began the process and it says that I have already installed it, which is untrue.  I have taken any and all autocad and autodesk documents off of my programs and my computers registry.  Can you please help me figure out how to download.  Thanks

If you are comfortable doing so, you can try following these complete instructions on how to uninstall autodesk products.  It does require some registry modifications.

but it should resolve any problems associated with this type of error message.

Can you try running Microsoft Fix-it and let us know if that resolves the issue?
