I have downloaded the necessary file and attempted t install it on a clean installation of Windows 7 Professional. I keep getting the following error message.

SetupDWGTrueView2011_32bit.exe - Application Error
---------------------------
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Any idea what needs to be done to resolve this. The same issue arises when I try to install the 2010 version and it is on multiple machines.

Any help is appreciated.
