DWF Viewer Down Load Failure

I have been trying to install Autodesk DWF Viewer on my computer but every time  I get to the end of the download I get a failure message "File: Failed to Install Visual Studio 2005 SPI C++ Runtime (0x0:Internal Error)"  What do I need to do?

Try downloading the prerequisite from Microsoft.

The problem is not with the Autodesk product.
