Downloading Inventor 2014 - 30 day Trial version

Before purchasing this software I thought I would check it out on my laptop, new, but low spec.

The autocad LT 2014 runs very well on it and I am in my second week into the trial.

When I download the setup file everthing okay.

When I run the setup file for inventor or product design suite setup I get the same windows error meassage:

Autodesk Install Now (Error window title)

- The installation package was moved from the installation location, which is not supported

- The Autodesk download website was closed or manually refreshed before the installer launched

- A firewall has blocked the network ports.

I am running Norton and everything seems okay.

I think I did got a windows message about Akamai ..I think this is to do with licensing ?

Any help appreciated.

Greg

Any anti-virus and firewall should be temporarily disabled when installing the product with Admin rights and UAC off.
