Downloading/installing autocad 2010

I was able to fully download Autocad 2010 on my computer.  When Autocad opens and I click to 'Install the Product', I get an error message that says it will not run on my current operating system.  My computer has all of the system requirements, and I recently doubled the memory, so I could run CAD.  I have deleted and downloaded the program twice, and each time I try to install CAD, it won't let me.  Is there any advice someone can give to me, to help me install this product?

What is the operating system.?

a 32 bit Autocad can only be installed on 32 bit OS, likewise 64 software on 64 bit OS only.
